Is the act of a father who exposed his private parts and explained to his children how to shave pubic hair, claiming it is commendable in Islam, correct or forbidden?

What the father did by exposing his 'awrah (private parts) in front of his children is haram (forbidden), as a person must cover their 'awrah except from their wife or what their right hand possesses. It is also forbidden for him to look at the 'awrah of others. These actions are not permissible except in cases of necessity or extreme need, and teaching children how to shave the pubic hair is not a necessity that permits exposing the 'awrah. Authentic and explicit texts have been narrated prohibiting a man from looking at the 'awrah of another man, and a woman from looking at the 'awrah of another woman, and scholars have unanimously agreed on this prohibition. Therefore, this father must repent to Allah and regret his action, and raise his children with modesty and good character.
