What is the share of each heir from the inheritance if the heirs are: one son, father, mother, one daughter, one wife, two full brothers, two full sisters, two sons of a full brother, one full paternal uncle, and one son of a full paternal uncle?

If the heirs are limited to the father, mother, wife, son, and daughter, then the father receives one-sixth, the mother receives one-sixth, and the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a direct descendant heir. The remainder goes to the son and daughter by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females. The brothers, sisters, and their children, as well as paternal uncles and their children, receive nothing because they are excluded from inheritance (deprived) by the son and the father. The inheritance is divided into seventy-two shares: the father receives twelve shares, the mother receives twelve shares, the wife receives nine shares, the son receives twenty-six shares, and the daughter receives thirteen shares. It is obligatory to refer matters of inheritance to the Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure the absence of other heirs, wills, or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
