What is the ruling on reading Ibn Arabi's book "The Book of the Legacies"?

It is forbidden to look into the books of people of misguidance except for a valid purpose, such as deeply rooted scholars examining them with the intention of refuting their falsehoods. And the books of Ibn Arabi are more deserving of being prohibited from examination, due to what is known about him regarding his adherence to a false methodology in interpreting texts and uttering phrases whose outward meaning is clear disbelief, to the extent that Al-Suyuti forbade looking into his books.
