Does divorce occur due to obsessive-compulsive disorder that causes the divorcer to doubt that he pronounced divorce, despite not remembering doing so?

Divorce does not occur through doubt therein, for certainty is not dispelled by doubt. One must distance themselves from these whisperings (waswas) and repent to Allah from viewing forbidden things.
