What is the authenticity of placing wet earth on the nose of the deceased and in his right hand after burial and loosening the shroud ties, and what is the correct burial?

There is no basis for adding special soil or sand to the grave, neither in the Sunnah, nor in the sayings of the Imams, nor in the practice of the early generations of the Ummah. Rather, it is an innovation (bid'ah).
