Are "Taha" and "Yaseen" among the names of the Messenger, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, or are they letters like "Alif-Lam-Mim" in Surat Al-Baqarah?

Scholars have differed in their interpretation of (Ta-Ha) and (Ya-Sin). Some said they are disjointed letters, others said they are among the names of Allah, and some said they mean "O man" or "O human being." They are not among the names of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, as Imam Ibn al-Qayyim mentions.
