Is the work of an architectural engineer who presents 3D designs to a client and convinces him of them, with the possibility of changing some things during actual implementation, considered a form of deception?

Muslims must uphold truthfulness and trustworthiness in all specializations. For an architect, if the design is realistic and executed precisely without any reduction or distortion, there is no blame upon him. However, if a change is unavoidable, it must be clarified to the contractor from the outset, explaining the possibilities involved in the execution, such as achieving 90% of the design. Otherwise, any deviation from what was agreed upon is considered deception or a defect deserving of sin, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever deceives us is not of us."
