Is it permissible to supplicate with the words: "O Allah, forgive me for what has preceded of my sins and what is to come, O Allah, admit me to Paradise without reckoning, O Allah, send down Your tranquility upon me"?

There is no harm in supplicating with, "O Allah, forgive me for what I have put forth and what I have delayed," for it has been authentically reported that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to say it. This is either for seeking forgiveness for minor sins permissible for prophets or for teaching the Ummah. There is no harm in supplicating to enter Paradise without reckoning, nor in supplicating for the descent of tranquility, for it has been authentically reported that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, supplicated with them.
