Is the surplus money you received, after adding fictitious breakfast and dinner invoices to the real lunch invoices at the manager's request to increase the amount spent, considered permissible (halal) or forbidden (haram), especially since you did not submit invoices for breakfast and dinner on some days because you did not eat them, and sometimes you ate at your own expense?
It is obligatory to fulfill the terms of the partnership and to disburse the financial trust according to its specified clauses, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
You are not entitled to anything more than what you have actually spent, including what you paid from your own account with the intention of being reimbursed by the company. The manager's claim of an increase beyond the actual cost is baseless and constitutes consuming people's wealth unlawfully, as Allah Almighty says: "And do not consume your properties among yourselves through falsehood."
What exceeds the actual expenditure must be returned to the company. The manager should be advised and warned of Allah's punishment for consuming wealth unlawfully.
