The answer

Originally, it is prohibited to have multiple Jumu'ah prayers in one town, except out of necessity, such as a mosque being too small or too far away. In such cases, all the prayers are valid.

It is forbidden to have multiple Jumu'ah prayers without necessity. If it is done, then the Jumu'ah prayer led by the Imam or authorized by him is the valid one.

If the nearby mosque is large enough for the worshippers, then it is not permissible to establish a new Jumu'ah prayer, and you must go to it. However, if the mosque is not large enough or is far away, then it is permissible for you to establish the Jumu'ah prayer in the school.

One must listen attentively to the sermon, and it is not permissible to speak to alert students. Whoever does so has engaged in 'laghw' (idle talk), unless the alert is given by gesturing.
