What is the ruling on leaving gaps in the rows of the Eid prayer area without filling them, knowing that a single row has more than one gap sufficient for more than three worshippers, and in light of the noble Prophetic Hadith: "Whoever joins a row, Allah will join him"?

Rows must be straightened in prayer, and this includes completing the rows and closing the gaps. There is no difference in this regard between Eid prayer and other prayers. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded that the front rows be completed and that people stand shoulder to shoulder in them, and that any deficiency be in the back rows. The jurists have agreed on the obligation of completing the first row, then the next, and so on, and that the second row should not be started until the first is complete. Therefore, whoever prays with a gap in the row has acted improperly, but his prayer is valid.
