Does impurity transfer by wiping urine droplets with tissues before sitting on the toilet seat, and must the place be washed upon returning?

The cure for obsessive whispers (waswas) is to ignore them and not pay attention to them. What is claimed to be drops of urine might be something else, like water. If you doubt whether it is urine or not, do not pay attention to the doubt, and act upon the original principle, which is purity. If you are certain it is urine, then purify it by pouring water over it and completely covering it with water. If the place was wiped with a tissue until it dried, and then you sat on this dry spot, the impurity will not transfer to you, because it does not transfer from a dry object to another dry object. However, the impurity is not ruled to be removed merely by wiping it. All of this applies if you are certain that the spot is impure; but with doubt, no attention should be paid to it.
