Does a man's saying to a woman, "You wicked woman" or "You filthy woman," constitute an accusation of unchastity that necessitates the Hadd punishment?

A man's statement to a woman, "O immoral one" (Ya Fajirah), is an innuendo of slander (qadhf). It could imply slander or something else, because "fujoor" (immorality) is used to describe excessive wrongdoing (fisq) or lying, and it is also used to describe disobeying the husband or guardian. Some فقهاء (jurists) have explicitly stated that the punishment (hadd) for slander is applied if common custom indicates it is indeed slander, while others are of the view that disciplinary action (ta'deeb) should be taken. As for the statement "O dirty one" (Ya Wasikhah), it is also an innuendo. It could imply defiling one's honor and marital bed, or it could imply dirtying clothes and the house, and so on.
