What is the ruling on saying "Tabarak Allah" (Blessed be Allah) for someone who hears an Imam with a beautiful voice or sees a beautiful child during prayer: should it be said during prostration or after the prayer?

The first is to delay the congratulatory remark until after the prayer, because many scholars are of the opinion that one who sneezes should not praise Allah during the prayer, and should delay the prescribed remembrance until after it. It is disliked to perform any form of remembrance during the prayer, even if the prayer remains valid, due to the difference of opinion regarding whether it invalidates the prayer.
