The Holy Quran is a healing from every affliction. The Sunnah has designated Surahs and verses for Ruqyah (exorcism) from jinn and others, such as Surat Al-Baqarah, Ayat Al-Kursi, the end of Surat Al-Baqarah, Surat Al-Ikhlas, and the two Mu'awwidhatayn (Surat Al-Falaq and Surat An-Nas). It was also reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to perform Ruqyah by saying: "In the name of Allah I perform Ruqyah for you, from everything that harms you, and from the evil of every soul or envious eye, may Allah heal you, in the name of Allah I perform Ruqyah for you." These verses and this supplication are beneficial for treating possession by jinn in all its types and forms.
