Is it permissible for a woman with urinary incontinence to combine prayers if her ablution is nullified during the Asr prayer and the time for it expires while she is renewing it?

If you suffer from incontinence, you should perform ablution after the time for prayer begins, and then pray the obligatory (fard) and supererogatory (nawafil) prayers. What exits from you thereafter does not invalidate your prayer. The Hanbalis permit combining two prayers, whether something exits from you before the prayer or during it, because that does not invalidate your prayer. The Malikis permit a person with incontinence to perform ablution and pray with that ablution as long as it is not invalidated by another impurity (hadath akhar), as their continuous discharge is not considered an invalidator. This opinion was also stated by Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, and it is permissible to act upon it out of necessity. If your ablution is invalidated by a sudden occurrence during the combination of prayers and the time for prayer expires before you can renew it, then according to the Hanbalis, you must perform ablution after the time for the next prayer begins.
