Is there a sin incurred by one who swore by Allah to respond to a topic in a forum and then did not do so?

An oath is not binding unless it is uttered verbally, mentioning Allah's name or one of His attributes, or by writing it down with the intention. Closing the icon is neither verbal utterance nor writing; therefore, no oath is binding through it, and there is no sin in doing so.
