Is the amount of money each person in the group took permissible, or should it be added to the company's funds, especially since the company's manager cited the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Why did he not stay in his house to see whether he would be given anything or not"?

It is permissible to collect donations for charitable organizations that work for the benefit of the poor and needy. As for collecting donations for other types of companies, it is blameworthy, and begging is not permissible except for three: one who has taken on a heavy financial burden, or one who has been afflicted by a disaster that destroyed his wealth, or one who has been struck by severe poverty and three people from his community testify to it. If the matter is permissible, then what the rich person gives to the company belongs to it, and what he gives to the employees—without being asked—belongs to them, unless there is a transaction between the rich person and the company from which there is a fear of enticing the employees, otherwise it would be a prohibited bribe.
