Is ghusl required after a boy's urine, once he has completed one year of age?

The urine of a male infant should be washed from clothes and the body if he has eaten food; otherwise, it should be sprinkled. The food that affects this ruling is what the infant eats for nourishment, desires, and craves, not what he is given to drink or lick for medicinal purposes, or what he consumes at birth, such as honey and dates.
