What should one do who feels wind escaping and hears its sound with every prayer and ablution only, and repeats ablution and prayer frequently, and doubts the performance of prayer to the extent of recording it, and changes clothes due to feeling they are contaminated with urine despite not suffering from urinary or wind incontinence, and lives in depression because of that?

This situation is pure whisperings (waswasah), and its cure is to ignore it and not pay attention to it, because indulging in it leads to great evil. So, no matter how much Satan makes you imagine that something, whether urine or gas, has exited, do not change your clothes, do not wash any area, do not interrupt your prayer or ablution, and do not repeat either of them. Dismiss these doubts and do not concern yourself with them, and do not record your prayer on video, and do not pay attention to the doubts and illusions that occur to you concerning it. Doing so will make Allah turn these whisperings away from you.
