What is the ruling on the prayer and ablution of one who has undergone surgery, cannot control his urination, and wears diapers?

A patient who cannot control the continuous leakage of urine is subject to the same ruling as a person afflicted with سلس (urinary incontinence): he should perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun, and pray, and he will not be harmed by whatever is discharged from him. It is recommended for him to purify the area or change the bag if he can do so without hardship.
