Does repeating the prayer relieve me from the disagreement concerning the obligation of relieving oneself before prayer for someone who is pressed for time, or is the first prayer sufficient?

The majority of scholars hold that prayer performed while suppressing the urge to urinate is valid, out of fear that the prayer time might expire. However, Ibn 'Uthaymeen prefers fulfilling the need before prayer, even if it means the prayer time will elapse. According to the majority, the prayer is valid, but re-performing it is more virtuous to avoid the disagreement of those who deem prayer invalid when suppressing the two impurities (urine and stool).
