Is the wife's and her father's lying about their affiliation with the Habashis considered deception that invalidates the marriage contract, and what are the consequences of that, and what is the Shar'i ruling on this sect and its worldly punishment?

If the wife concealed the fact that her family belongs to a specific sect, she has done wrong. The marriage is valid if the wife does not believe in the sect's ideas and the conditions of the contract were sound. However, if the marriage guardian (wali) was from that sect, then the marriage is invalid (fasid) and must be renewed, and the children are attributed to you due to shubha (doubt). If it becomes clear that the wife believes in their ideas, then the marriage is invalid and you must separate from her, and the children are attributed to you because of the belief in the permissibility of the marriage. This sect has bad ideas and false beliefs, and it is not surprising that they disparage the scholars of the Ummah.
