What should a woman do if her menstrual period returned for five days after a two-day break out of a six-day period, and the bleeding was intermittent in both phases, knowing that her usual period is eight days?

If a woman sees purity (cessation of bleeding) during her menstrual period and then the bleeding resumes, she should combine the days of bleeding, one after another, and perform ghusl (ritual bath) each time the bleeding stops. If her habitual period is eight days, and she sees purity on the sixth day, she should perform ghusl and pray. If the bleeding then resumes, it is considered menstruation as long as the total duration of bleeding and purity does not exceed fifteen days.
