What is the ruling on benefiting from paid Islamic applications that have been hacked and made available for free, knowing that the goal of their distribution is to benefit everyone, and is this considered theft?

It is not permissible to copy programs protected by copyright, even if they contain religious material, because this causes financial harm to their owners and violates the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "There should be neither harming nor reciprocating harm," and "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful except with his willing consent." It is also not permissible to take them from someone who has usurped them. However, some scholars have permitted copying them for personal use only when necessary and when the original copy is unavailable or unaffordable, provided that this is not a means of earning or trading. As for using verses about the ease of the Quran and seeking the Hereafter as evidence, this is out of place, for selling programs is not selling the word of Allah, and the verses relate to the intention of working for this world or the Hereafter, whereas what is permissible here is lawful sale.
