Is it better to pray the two rak'ahs of Duha after sunrise with the intention of gaining the reward of Hajj, or to delay them until half an hour before Dhuhr so that I may be among the "awwabin" (those who often turn to Allah in repentance and obedience) as stated in the Hadith: "The prayer of the awwabin is when the young weaned camels feel the heat of the forenoon sun"?

Ishraq prayer is performed after the congregational Fajr prayer by remaining in the prayer area (musalla) for the remembrance of Allah until sunrise and its ascent, then performing two rak'ahs. It carries the reward of a complete Hajj and 'Umrah. As for Duha prayer, its best time is when the sun's heat intensifies (when the young camels feel the heat of the ground). It is distinct from Ishraq prayer. Some scholars are of the view that they are the same and one suffices for the other, while others differentiate between them. It is best for those who can to combine both.
