How can one deal with female colleagues and a manager who wear immodest clothing and pluck their eyebrows in a special education center, especially with the refusal of female callers to respond to their دعوتهم (da'wah), and the fear of the stigma of failure if one withdraws from the course?

One should continue studying while offering sincere advice and inviting people to Allah with wisdom and beautiful admonition. One should also strive to change wrongdoings through words and counsel to those around them, utilize beneficial means, and cooperate with upright colleagues. Despair is not a characteristic of a caller to Islam, and indeed, the call has succeeded in worse places. People of goodness are more deserving of striving and patience than corrupt individuals, because they carry the truth and a noble message. The caller to Islam's role is merely to stir souls.
