Lassitude is an inevitable matter on the path of spiritual journeying to Allah. One must not, because of it, abandon an obligation or fall into something forbidden. To overcome lassitude, maintain the obligatory acts and increase the supererogatory ones, for they are the way to Allah's love. Adhere to supplication, asking Allah to keep you steadfast in His religion. Accompany righteous women of high aspirations, and strive to learn religious knowledge, for through it, Allah is known and worshipped.
