Am I sinful for not taking the man I hit with my car to the hospital or giving him money, knowing that he was fine and able to walk, move, and speak?

If a woman is walking on her designated path and cannot avoid an accident, and the man is the one who violated the rules, then there is no blame on her because there was no transgression or negligence on her part.
