Is it obligatory for a young man to prioritize providing money for his family over getting married himself?

As for the maintenance of relatives (parents and siblings), it is obligatory if they are poor, possess nothing to meet their needs, and are unable to earn a living. Otherwise, it is not obligatory, but rather a recommended act of charity. When marriage and the maintenance of relatives conflict, the more pressing obligation takes precedence:
1. If a person fears falling into immorality by not marrying, then their marriage is obligatory and takes precedence over assisting relatives. 2. If they do not fear falling into immorality, then their marriage is recommended, and it takes precedence over the maintenance of relatives, because providing for oneself takes precedence. It is good to give gifts to relatives as long as it does not affect the expenses of marriage.
It is possible to combine both benefits by saving from the money sent to parents in a way that does not harm their needs, and by being economical with marriage expenses.
