If a mother bequeaths gold to her two daughters after her death, this is a bequest to an heir, which is not valid unless approved by the rest of the heirs. If you and your brother do not approve of this bequest, then your two sisters must give you your share of the gold according to the division of inheritances, where the male receives the share of two females. You must inform them of the ruling, and if they do not comply, you may take the matter to the Sharia court.
