I want to know, am I on the right path or the wrong one?

Allah Almighty has clarified to His servants the paths to happiness and misery, and established proofs by sending messengers and revealing scriptures. For your path to be straight and for you to succeed in this world and the Hereafter, you must follow the Straight Path. This is achieved by learning the rulings of Islamic law and acting upon them in matters of creed and worship, fulfilling obligations and abandoning prohibitions, along with inviting to Allah Almighty and enduring harm with patience. Allah Almighty said: "And indeed, this is My Straight Path, so follow it, and do not follow the [other] ways, for they will divert you from His way. This He has instructed you that you may become righteous." (Al-An'am: 153).
