Is the marriage contract that was concluded without a guardian permissible in a country that applies the Hanafi school of thought, knowing that the father refused this marriage?

The majority of scholars hold that a woman's marriage without her guardian (wali) is invalid. This is the fatwa we adhere to, and therefore your marriage is void. To rectify it, the contract must be renewed through your guardian. If your father is unjustly preventing you from marrying, then the marriage should be conducted by the next in line among your guardians. However, if a Hanafi judge ruled your marriage valid, or if you entered into the contract believing it to be valid, following the Hanafi school of thought, then the marriage is sound.
