A man's entitlement to a pension is subject to the conditions stipulated by the pension authority, based on the : "Muslims are bound by their conditions." If it stipulates discipline in studies and not deliberately failing or discontinuing without an excuse, then it is not permissible to circumvent its condition by deliberately failing, based on the hadith: "Whoever cheats us is not of us."
