What is the ruling regarding someone who forgot the 'Isha prayer, the Shafa' and the Witr until the break of dawn?

Whoever forgets the 'Isha prayer or any other obligatory prayer must make it up immediately upon remembering it, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever forgets a prayer, let him pray it when he remembers it." It is also recommended to make up the Shaf' and Witr prayers.
