Does a divorce take effect if a man tells his wife, "You are divorced by three," while he is in a state of anger and nervousness, and did not intend separation?

The wife has been irrevocably divorced with a major, irreversible divorce (Talaq (definition) Bainunah Kubra). She is thus unlawful for her husband until she marries another man out of genuine desire, who then divorces her, and she completes her 'iddah (definition) (waiting period) from him. Anger here is not taken into consideration unless it completely removes one's sanity.
