The woman you are referring to does not have to offer a blood sacrifice, and her Hajj is accepted. She did well by not returning evil for evil. As for her dispute with the other woman before traveling, if she did not transgress in the dispute and did not exceed the bounds of self-defense, then there is no sin upon her. However, if she had continued with forgiveness and overlooking, it would have been better. But if she did transgress in the dispute, then she must seek forgiveness and give charity, because charity extinguishes sin.
