Is a man selling his apartment to his wife, in fulfillment of her dower, considered a violation of Sharia laws of inheritance, especially if the apartment is all he owns?

A man selling his residential apartment to his wife to pay off her debt to him is permissible, with no objection, and does not violate the rules of Islamic inheritance, whether the husband owns only this apartment or owns other properties.
