Is it considered a sin to adopt the view that permits plucking the eyebrows (namas), such as the Hanbali school of thought, after becoming aware of the scholarly disagreement regarding the ruling on namas?

If scholars differ, a Muslim who is knowledgeable about the evidence should follow the opinion that has stronger proof, while being cautious of fanaticism and seeking out concessions. As for the common person, they should ask people of knowledge and piety. Some jurists believe that they have a choice among the sayings of the scholars, while others hold that it is obligatory to lean towards the opinion that is most cautious, or the saying of the most knowledgeable, or what they feel is most correct in their heart.
