Is it permissible to ignore the mother when she persistently harms her daughter verbally and physically, despite the daughter's knowledge of the prohibition of disobeying parents, and with the father ignoring her complaints?

The mother's bad manners and shortcomings do not negate her right to dutifulness and kindness, even if she is a disbeliever, and disobedience to her is forbidden. Dutifulness to parents is a characteristic of noble souls, an expiation for sins, and a reason for prayers to be answered. One should be patient with her, avoid raising one's voice, and advise and remind her with wisdom and gentleness. This is not disobedience but rather a form of dutifulness. Harm from parents is a trial from Allah, so be patient to attain reward and recompense. If the harm from parents reaches the point of actual damage, then the child has the right to refer the matter to someone who can alleviate the harm.
