The correct view is that the Jannah (Paradise) where Allah made Adam and Eve dwell is the Jannah of Eternity in the heavens. When they ate from the tree, their private parts became apparent to them, and they began to cover them with leaves from Jannah. As for the whispering of Iblis to them after he was expelled from Jannah, it is possible that he stood near its edge, or that Allah allowed him to enter in order to test Adam. To avoid confusion when reading interpretations, one should seek refuge in Allah, not ask excessive questions, and refer what is unclear to the specialized people.
