Is placing tobacco in food, which led to a person's death, considered accidental killing (qatl al-khata') necessitating the feeding of sixty indigent people and the payment of blood money (diyya), especially with the uncertainty of tobacco being the cause of death?

The reality of intentional murder is to intend to kill with something that usually kills. As for quasi-intentional (shibh al-'amd), it is with the intent to commit an offense with something that does not usually kill. So, if a man intends to kill with a substance and quantity that usually kills, then this is intentional murder. But if the substance does not usually kill, or if the quantity is small, then it is not intentional. And if this substance causes death, then it is considered quasi-intentional. And if the substance was not the cause of death, then it is not considered quasi-intentional nor accidental killing.
