What is the ruling regarding my fasting and prayers after my husband's foreplay during the day in Ramadan, five years ago, without my knowledge that the sensations of weakness and trembling I felt might indicate the emission of semen and necessitate making up the fast, especially since I do not recall whether anything was emitted from me or not, and I have never seen seminal fluid throughout my marriage?

We have previously answered most parts of the question. Here we add two points:
1. The questioner suffers from intrusive thoughts (waswasah), and she should ignore them and not dwell on them.
2. The default is that semen (mani) has not been discharged unless the questioner is certain of its discharge. The woman's semen is well-known and has characteristics that we have previously explained.
