Expiation can be fulfilled by feeding ten poor persons with the average of what you feed your family, and this feeding can take several forms, including: giving each poor person one and a half kilograms of rice or flour along with what improves it such as oil, meat, or chicken; or providing lunch or dinner for the poor; or paying the monetary value of the food if that is more beneficial for the poor.
