What is the ruling on using sound echo that repeats letters when reciting the Holy Quran, and is it necessary to alert the channel that uses it for every video?

It is permissible to add sound effects and echo to recordings of the Holy Quran, provided that this does not lead to a change in the meaning of the recitation, or an increase in letters due to repetition, or the recitation departing from the permissible bounds by resembling the tunes of singers, or a loud sound causing disturbance to worshippers. Some scholars have warned against exaggerating their use. Sheikh Abd al-Rahman al-Barrak was of the opinion that exaggerating the number of loudspeakers or using effects that alter the reciter's voice and cause disturbing noise, or transform the recitation into a melodic embellishment resembling singing, is an evident form of extremism and error. As for Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen, he issued a fatwa prohibiting the use of echo that leads to the repetition of letters in the Holy Quran, because it is an addition to the words of Allah. He was of the opinion that refraining from using echo that does not repeat letters is preferable, unless it is more conducive to reverence.
