Is taking a commission on the sale and installation of a used device that was sold as new considered a sin, and if so, is it permissible to take a commission on the installation only?

If the seller sold the device as new, but the company sent a used device instead of a new one without the seller's knowledge, then what the seller takes from the company for the sale and installation is permissible for him. The sin falls upon the company that made the decision to deceive, and it should be advised, as should the customer, if possible without harm. Deception and fraud are forbidden, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever deceives is not of me."
