What is the interpretation of the Noble Verse: "And prepare against them whatever you are able of power and of steeds of war by which you may terrify the enemy of Allah and your enemy and others besides them whom you do not know [but] Allah knows them. And whatever you spend in the cause of Allah will be fully repaid to you, and you will not be wronged"? And what is the meaning of the word "power" in it? Does the verse require preparation through training and other means?

The meaning of the noble verse: Prepare against your enemies all the strength and weaponry you can, to strike terror into the hearts of the enemies of Allah and your apparent enemies, as well as those unseen, known only to Allah. And whatever you spend in the way of Allah, whether little or much, Allah will compensate you for it in this world and save its full reward for you on the Day of Resurrection. Power in the noble Hadith was interpreted as archery, and preparation includes everything that strengthens one against enemies and achieves victory over them, such as manufacturing modern weapons and training individuals in military skills. This includes mental and physical strength, manufacturing all types of modern weapons and vehicles, fortifying positions, political planning, learning archery and courage, and everything that contributes to striking terror into the hearts of enemies and achieving victory. And that which is necessary to fulfill an obligation is itself an obligation.
