What is the Islamic solution to the problem of homosexuality prevalent in Europe and America?

The treatment of social problems lies in a comprehensive approach that dries up the sources of corruption. For when Allah forbids something, He forbids every means that leads to it. Societies that have unleashed desires have reached a point where instincts have become disturbed, leading to perversion, drugs, and suicide. There is no salvation from these problems except by returning to Allah's methodology, explaining the flaws of corrupt systems and the advantages of the Islamic system, presenting Islam with wisdom and knowledge, instilling piety and the fear of Allah in the soul, and knowing that a person will be held accountable for their actions. Islam has commanded the preservation of one's chastity and gaze, and the establishment of a family upon piety. Then, deviant behaviors will find no way into the soul or market in society.
