Is it permissible to treat erectile dysfunction with the Quran?

The Holy Qur'an is a cure and a treatment for physical and psychological ailments. Allah Almighty says: "And We send down of the Qur'an that which is a healing and a mercy for the believers," and He says: "Say, 'It is for those who believe, a guidance and a healing.'" These texts are general and include the Qur'an's healing for all diseases. Therefore, there is no objection to treating sexual and other diseases with the Holy Qur'an.
