What is the ruling on raising prices, with prior notification of that, and selling to each customer at a different price?

There is no limit to profit beyond which it becomes forbidden. The matter depends on mutual consent between the buyer and seller. If the profit is obtained without deception, then there is no harm in its amount, nor in its variation from one customer to another.
